Sustainable living is the only way to maintain a wonderful life
for ourselves and generations to come.

Unique solutions to the global warming crisis.

Ideas becoming reality.

Many scientists are now saying "It's too late" to save the Earth and life as we know it due to global warming and other things. We believe we can't give up and must try. Sustainability is an emergency preventative measure to those ends.

As many people are highly charged about the "pro-choice" vs. "pro-life" issue,  most have an opinion. If we don't all act immediately though, there will be no more need for that, animal rights, or environmental arguments. Because there will be no more "life" as we know it.

SusPro.ORG is just one tool of many you can use, and must, if we are to survive. It's no longer "wackos" making absurd claims, simply totally agreed upon scientific fact. Supporting us and our supporters, generously, is a vote for life support. We ARE doing something about it, as much as possible.

SusPro is an IRS 501c3 non-profit organization.

One of Dale's earth-sheltered homes, just one example of thousands. See next example.

Note: This is a rough approximation of what the first of Dale's earth-sheltered buildings on our property will look like.  Our variations include a "Southwestern Adobe" look to the front, including the end poles near ceiling height, that stick part way out (I think they're called "vegas") (sp?).  Another difference, is that it uses double pane floor to ceiling windows all along the front (except for the door itself), for passive solar, for the great view, and for an extra place where plants or seedlings can be grown. It also has a narrower entrance, but is longer, and is single level at this time, but can be made into a double level. It is nearly complete, but needs flooring poured and ventilation installed.

This 2 level home uses a 40 foot open ended configuration with an entrance into a mid level landing. Built by an architect, it demonstrates the incredible energy efficiency of this style of home. The owner has no freezing worries -- the home can be left unattended and unheated year round without concern.
